Management Board
The Management Board is the sole governing body of the Deposit Insurance
Agency of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Management Board comprises of 5 members.
The composition and selection of the Management Board members is prescribed
by the Law, as follows: The Governor of the Central Bank, or his / her nominee,
is ex officio a member of the Management Board and the Minister for Treasury of
the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina, or his / her nominee, is ex officio
a member of the Management Board. The Governing Board of the Central Bank has
the right to appoint one member of the Management Board and, within the
limitations of respective laws of each Entity, the Minister of Finance of the
Federation and the Minister of Finance of the Republika Srpska each has the
right to appoint one member from their respective entities to the Management
Board.
The Management Board elects a Chairman and a Vice Chairman from among its
members.

- Mr. Kemal Kozaric – Chairman (Governor of the Central Bank of Bosnia and
Herzegovina)
- Mr. Dragan Vrankic – Member (Minister of Finance and Treasury of Bosnia and
Herzegovina)
- Mr. Aleksandar Dzombic – Member (Minister of Finance of Republika Srpska)
- Mr. Vjekoslav Bevanda - Member (Minister of Finance of Federation of Bosnia
and Herzegovina)
- Mr. Milenko Krajisnik - Member (on behalf of Governing Board of Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina)
